Before signing up to our listing service, we ask businesses, traders and individuals to agree to the following standards when dealing with any clients found through Trades Cyprus.

Agreeing to this Code of Conduct reassures clients that you, or your business, will treat them with honesty and professionalism.

1. Integrity and Professionalism

1.1 Honesty and Transparency: We shall conduct our business with honesty, integrity and transparency, providing accurate information to clients, colleagues and authorities.

1.2 Professional Competence: We will continuously strive for professional competence, staying updated with industry best practices and regulations.

1.3 Conflicts of Interest: We will disclose any conflicts of interest that may arise and avoid actions that compromise the interests of our clients.

2. Safety and Quality

2.1 Safety First: We prioritise the safety of ourselves, our employees and clients, adhering to all safety regulations and best practices.

2.2 Quality Workmanship: We are committed to delivering high-quality work, ensuring that our projects meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.

2.3 Environmental Responsibility: We will consider and minimise the environmental impact of our work, adhering to relevant environmental regulations.

3. Respect

3.1 Respect for Others: We will treat all individuals with respect and dignity, regardless of their race, gender, age, nationality, religion or other characteristics.

4. Legal and Ethical Compliance

4.1 Compliance with Laws: We will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing our industry and business operations.

4.2 Ethical Conduct: We will not engage in unethical practices, including bribery, fraud or any form of corruption.

8. Consequences

8.1 Trades Cyprus, at their sole discretion, may remove a listing from an individual, business or company from our listing service if we believe there has been a serious violation of this code. Any fees that may have been paid will be repaid pro-rata.
